Payments are due on the 15th of every month. Because Citadel Finance Company offers its customers a 10 day grace period, your payment may be made up until midnight of the 25th of every month without incurring the $50 late fee.

- Your vehicle's VIN*, stock number or account number**

- Last 4 of your Social Security Number (MUST be of the customer(s) listed on the loan)

- A valid email address that you will use to login for making payments through this site

*You can locate the VIN of your vehicle on the sticker when you open the driver's door

**The stock number or account number will be listed on your contract paperwork
